Agile Product Owner

Organise, Lead and drvie ESS CUBE product strategy Decision making of product requirments, prorities, addressing customer topics. Plan and drive all scrum activities and releases for ESS CUBE. Responsibilities: Define stories and prioritize the team backlog to streamline the execution of program Prepare and manage the product backlog Prioritize the order of items in the product backlog Being available to the development team at all times to answer any questions team Monitor the customer needs and the customer views on product requirments Review how the team is implementing a product feature Contribute in all phases of product development cycle Contribute in improvement of processes and efficiency Disucssions with customer teams (internal / external) Budget and planning management and tracking Ensure quality of release process including all documentation and reveiws Technical support to the factory / system / customer team – prepare a plan and solve Build and report – like dashboard etc. B.Tech or MS in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent · Experience in Scurm Master role Experience as product owner is an added advantage Experience in Web / Cloud applciation development is an advantage Experience in processes and tools like Jira, Jenkins, Testlink, Bitbucket/GIT, Doors Know-how on Lithium-Ion batteries and BMS is an added advantage Additional information · Excellent communication skills Team work – contributing and getting things done Result oriented and commitment driven Drive to learn new technology and experiment hands-on Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited (RBEI), is a 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, one of the world’s leading global supplier of technology and services, offering end to end engineering, IT and Business solutions.
