Farmers Insurance District Office of Northern Arizona is looking for insurance producers who want to work toward owning their own agency.

Our Culture & Your Career Growth Plan: The Protégé Agency Producer Program is designed to provide individuals an opportunity to grow their skills and business knowledge to become a Farmers agency owner while working for an existing Farmers agency owner. Responsibilities
· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
· Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
· Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our products and services
· Ability to achieve high sales targets
· Participate in agency lead generation
· Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Requirements
High school diploma (required)
Ability to pass a background check (required)
Interest in becoming insurance licensed (required)
Past customer service experience (preferred)
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined
