Position Overview: Divede is currently seeking an accomplished Advanced Salesforce Administrator with expertise in some, or all, of the following: CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) configuration, API integration configuration, sales commission configuration, general Salesforce configuration, and/or Lightning oriented configuration. The ideal candidate, a seasoned professional, will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs Key Responsibilities: • Perform complex Salesforce system configurations to align with dynamic business requirements. • Fine-tune and optimize existing configurations to enhance system performance and user experience. • Implement and manage advanced automation using Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules, including CPQ-related processes, and integration with processes from external systems. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance overall operational efficiency. • Execute data migration and cleansing activities, maintaining a clean and reliable database, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Manage and enhance security settings, including user roles, profiles, and permission sets. • Implement and enforce data access controls, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. • Implement configurations providing for seamless integration of Salesforce with other business-critical systems, leveraging APIs. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to maintain data consistency across platforms. • Utilize Salesforce CPQ tools to configure product bundles, pricing rules, and discount structures. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure accurate and efficient quoting processes. • Implement and optimize sales commission structures within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to accurately calculate and manage sales commissions. • Provide advanced training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on Salesforce features, including CPQ and commission-related functionalities. • Offer ongoing support to address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system utilization. • Comfortable producing short explainer videos using provided process and app. • Track task completion and time in Divede project systems as directed. • Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a dynamic enterprise environment. • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management best practices. • Strong understanding of security models, access controls, and integration concepts, including API usage. • Proficiency in creating advanced reports and dashboards. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Able to provide reasonably accurate estimates of effort, able to communicate status. • Apex experience is highly desirable. • Experience in configuring CPQ solutions and configuring sales commission structures is highly desirable. • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator credential is desirable. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with remote team members.
