They are seeking an Associate Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage invoices, respond to inquiries, and improve accounts payable processes.ResponsibilitiesMonitors Accounts Payable email inboxes and imports invoices and payment requests into ERP systemResearches and responds to all inquiries in a timely mannerReviews all invoices and payment requests for appropriate documentation prior to processingChecks for accuracy, completeness and opportunities to take advantage of early payment discounts or alternative invoicing and/or payment methodsFollows up with buyers, internal customers and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and request missing data or documentsReconciles monthly aging statements from suppliersAssists with processing employee expense reportsIdentifies and recommends process improvements related to accounts payable functionsSkillsOne (1) to three (3) years of accounts payable, finance or related experience requiredBasic MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint requiredPrior experience working with an ERP system preferred (i.e. Oracle, SAP)Some education and/or certification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field, or equivalent preferredBenefitsEligibility for medical insuranceEmployee assistance programPaid sick leaveCompany OverviewNintendo is a Japanese multinational consumer electronics company that develops game consoles.
