About the position
South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Adult Learning Instructor for non-credit courses within the Corporate and Continuing Education Program. This includes creating visual aids, conceptualizing e-learning platforms, and applying various teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, as instructors must be available to teach classes on various days and times. Requirements
Current knowledge of research-based Adult Learning Theories.

Experience and ability to teach others how to deliver and develop instruction for in-person, online, and on-demand courses.

Evidence of teaching experience or potential.

Commitment to working effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
