We have exciting openings for Psychologists (PhD/PsyD) interested in providing treatment to adults with Functional Neurological Disorder in California! Mission Our mission at ReACT FND Health is to make Retraining and Control Therapy (ReACT) for Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) accessible. FND is one of the most common diagnoses in outpatient neurology clinics, and access to evidence-based treatment for FND are incredibly limited. ReACT is a novel behavioral health treatment for FND that uses the ReACT Precision Treatment Tool, an innovative psychologist-centered digital platform that helps provide precision treatment tailored to each individual patient. Therapists use the Tool during sessions to help provide a clear explanation of FND and assist in the development of individualized retraining plans for the patients, plans for the family to respond to symptoms, and plans for individuals to return to school and work. Using principles of habit reversal and other evidence-based techniques to retrain the involuntary, reflexive functional symptoms, individuals are empowered to regain control over their bodies. What You'll Do • Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely via HIPAA-compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy. • Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner. • Complete all required documentation. • Live video therapy sessions are paid at $115. • Consultation meetings. • This is a contract position.
