Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Conduct initial assessments to determine appropriate treatment pathways
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth admissions
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Participate in outreach events to promote our services
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
