Administrative Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator (Remote to Start) — Rocket City Water Wizards™

Rocket City Water Wizards™ — the ONLY Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business in the pool & spa industry — is hiring a Client & Scheduling Coordinator to own our inbound communications and keep our calendar on track. You’ll be the first voice customers hear, so professionalism matters.

This role is 100% remote right now. We plan to build a warehouse/showroom in the Athens / Huntsville / Madison area in late 2026 / early 2027. This position may remain remote even after that, but candidates local to the area who are open to occasional in-person support are a plus.

We’re growing fast, and this role is designed to grow with us — this is not a job for someone who wants to coast. We want someone who takes ownership, builds simple systems, and helps us scale with zero dropped balls. As we grow, you grow — the more we earn, the more you earn.

Pay: $13–$15/hr (based on experience) + performance raises + bonuses and qualified pool lead commissions
Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (30 hrs/week) + 3:30–4:00 PM end-of-day summary

Location: Remote now; future warehouse/showroom in Athens/Huntsville/Madison area (may not require daily staffing)
Tools Provided: Company computer + company email + phone system access (Beside) (employee is responsible for basic care/maintenance of company equipment)

Core responsibilities: answer the main phone line (recorded), monitor voicemail/email/website chat and contact forms, book set-price services (no estimating required), keep the shared calendar organized, and send a daily end-of-day summary. You’ll also screen spam vs real customers, gather the right information, and escalate anything outside normal scheduling to the CEO. If you want to help us grow, you can also support marketing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube — and earn bonuses/commission for qualified pool leads generated through your efforts.

Pay growth path: pay starts at $13–$18/hr and increases with performance. For someone who takes ownership and expands responsibilities as we scale toward 7 figures+, compensation can grow to $30+/hr plus bonuses/lead commissions.

Hiring requirements (highest-standard workplace): applicants must pass a background check, E-Verify, and a drug test.
