Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk to join our team! As a key player in our accounting department, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and take your career to the next level.
Your Responsibilities
Review and process payroll and invoices with precision and accuracy
Verify payroll records and invoices for accuracy and completeness
Answer escalated payroll-related questions and resolve paycheck errors
Obtain approvals for invoices and payroll-related actions as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including vendor records and payroll data
Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies, including vendor statements and credit card statements
Assist with the annual audit and provide necessary documentation
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Prepare reports on payroll, company budget, and expenses
Requirements
3+ years of payroll and accounting experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, QuickBooks, and payroll-related software (ADP experience required)
Ability to adapt to changing processes and software
Strong organizational and time management skills
