Accounts Payable / Account Receivable Clerk

Position Details Role: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk Schedule: Monday–Friday (standard business hours) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 100% employer match (first 4%) Tuition reimbursement Parental leave Life and disability insurance 15 days PTO + 8 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays Key Responsibilities Process payments and credit card transactions (ACH, wire, check) in compliance with company policies Accurately code transactions within NetSuite, ensuring proper classification of manufacturing overhead and raw material costs Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies Maintain AP aging reports and ensure timely reconciliation of invoices Verify approvals prior to issuing payments Support vendor onboarding and system transitions Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of accounts payable experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration NetSuite experience preferred (not required) Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls Excellent communication and organizational skills Our Commitment At Ken-tron, excellence extends beyond our manufacturing standards (ISO 9001 and AS 9100) into our workplace culture.
