The Role
We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and fueling growth for SMB clients. If you’ve ever wanted to run your own marketing company without the headaches of operations, fulfillment, or chasing down designers… This is your dream role. And we are not title centric, suggest a title, we can likely make it work!
This is a commission-only position with very rich splits, monthly accelerators, and annual lifestyle rewards. The right person can build serious income here, because we’ve designed comp the way salespeople wish every company would. This really is your business to run. We are here to support and ensure it's rewarding.

What You’ll Do
• Drive new client acquisition through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Partner with local businesses, uncover their growth needs, and match them with our services.
• Build long-term relationships that create recurring revenue streams.
• Collaborate with our internal fulfillment team – you bring the clients, we deliver the results.
• Represent Your Local Strategy in the community as the go-to partner for SMB growth.
How You’ll Get Paid

• 25% of all setup/onboarding fees (cash up front for every deal)
• 20% of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for as long as the client stays active
• Monthly Accelerator Bonuses:
- Hit $20K in new monthly revenue → $1,000 bonus
- Hit $30K → $2,000 bonus
- Hit $40K+ → $3,000 bonus
• Annual President’s Club Reward:
