Responsibilities In this role, you will be instrumental in developing the core intelligence behind their advanced AI systems. Your key responsibilities will include: Building and refining high-quality financial datasets that serve as the foundation for their AI product. Collaborating closely with engineering and accounting teams to design structured evaluations and stress tests for AI-generated financial outputs. Defining and establishing the criteria for accuracy and correctness within complex, real-world accounting workflows. Critically analyzing and deconstructing various accounting processes to create clear, logical, and repeatable procedures. Ensuring the highest level of data integrity and detail in all tasks. Requirements Approximately 5 years of hands-on, practical accounting experience. A profound command of accounting principles and the ability to comprehend diverse financial workflows quickly. Exceptional written communication skills, with a talent for clear, concise, and thoughtful explanation. A process-oriented mindset, skilled at breaking down complex problems into manageable steps. Superior attention to detail and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets. Qualifications A first-principles thinker who questions assumptions and can apply existing knowledge to novel situations. Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
