Key Responsibilities Process Analysis and Improvement : Analyze complex problems, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions that enhance store operations processes and customer experience. Project Management : Manage and drive core store operations projects and process improvements, ensuring successful execution and timely completion. Day-to-Day Operations : Oversee day-to-day processes related to your areas of responsibility, creating and maintaining project work plans to ensure seamless execution. Issue Resolution : Proactively address unanticipated store needs, manage action steps, and resolve issues that arise related to your area of responsibility. Communication and Partnerships : Build strong relationships with the field, stores, and internal stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing guidance and training as needed. Data Analysis and Insights : Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry, business, competitive landscape, and consumer data. Team Management : Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their growth and success. Essential Qualifications Education A bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Work Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on process management, operations, or retail. Skills and Competencies Business Acumen : Strong knowledge of business operations, functional areas, and store processes. Leadership and Management : Experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on developing and motivating employees. Operations and Retail Expertise : Strong understanding of operations, retail, and field experience.
