Senior Accountant (CPA or CPA Track)
Location : Palm Beach Gardens, FL - On-site 5 days a week
Salary : $85,000-$90,000
Must have the following :
CPA or actively pursuing CPA, 3-5 years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, month-end close experience, financial statement preparation, ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred)
Responsibilities :
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger through timely recording, reconciliation, and compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Prepare and review journal entries with proper documentation and policy adherence
• Perform monthly multi-currency, multi-entity consolidations
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct detailed monthly variance analysis and provide clear explanations and root-cause insights to Finance Leadership
• Prepare and review audit support schedules and assist during the annual audit process
• Support implementation and execution of key accounting controls and processes
• Handle ad-hoc reporting, special analyses, and data-driven financial requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve and streamline accounting and financial processes
• Assist with the development and maintenance of accounting policies and internal controls
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business (required)
• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
• 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience (public or private)
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and analytical capabilities
• Proven experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and supporting schedules
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
• ERP system experience required; NetSuite experience is a strong plus
