Professional Engineer- Civil
Our client is experience great growth and in search of a Licensed Professional Engineer, with Municipal experience. Serve on our team as a capable and efficient engineer and make major design determinations under the general direction of the Senior Engineers at our Marple and/or Valley Township offices. Experience should include but not be limited to Chapter 102, NPDES, Chapter 105 permitting, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permitting and reporting, as well as Subdivision and Land Development. Responsibilities Municipal Plan Review for Zoning, Subdivision and Land Development.Performing and/or supervising all aspects of project efforts.Project budget tracking.Quality assurance and quality control of projects.Overseeing and mentoring the junior engineering staff. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.PE license required.7-10 years of related experience with commercial, retail, and residential subdivision and land development design and/or review.Experience with site layout design including grading, drainage, erosion & sedimentation control, sanitary sewer, and stormwater management.Computer Skills Preferred: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, PondPack, and FlowMaster.Able to provide expert testimony.Familiarity with Federal, State, & County regulations pertaining to approval process.Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, including proven experience working on multiple projects in a timely & cost-effective manner. Skills and Abilities Capable of managing projects, schedules, and staff with direct management of clients.Self-motivated with attention to detail.Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
