Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized bolthires Account Specialist to manage and optimize operational execution on the bolthires platform while supporting strategic account management.This position combines hands-on operational responsibilities with internal and external brand management. This role supports Almo’s Consumer Division by ensuring catalog integrity, promotional accuracy, and compliance with bolthires standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage bolthires Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotional details are live, accurate and optimized. • Internal and external brand engagement and collaboration, ensuring alignment on goals, promotional strategies, and operational execution.• Partner with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) and brand stakeholders to monitor availability, sell-through, and readiness of items, driving growth opportunities. • Oversee onboarding and maintenance of SKUs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with bolthires standards. • Administer and reconcile bolthires Support Agreements (CSAs) and coordinate with finance and sales teams. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, marketing, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and operational priorities.• Track and analyze performance metrics related to bolthires operations, inventory availability, and promotional effectiveness; share insights with brand partners. • Troubleshoot catalog or content issues and ensure all item-level data meets bolthires listing standards. Identify whitespace opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance brand presence and profitability on bolthires Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related experience. • 2–4 years of e-commerce account management and/or operations experience on major e-retailer platforms; bolthires and consumer goods or distribution.• Direct experience with bolthires Vendor Central and/or Seller Central. • Demonstrated ability to manage item setup, availability monitoring, and online merchandising support. • Experience with bolthires Support Agreement (CSA) setup and reconciliation. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets. • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications • Experience with ERP systems • Familiarity with bolthires retail tools and analytics platforms. • Knowledge of Almo’s product categories (consumer electronics, appliances, etc.) is a plus. • Understanding of digital shelf metrics and content optimization best practices Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related experience. • 2–4 years of e-commerce account management and/or operations experience on major e-retailer platforms; bolthires and consumer goods or distribution.• Direct experience with bolthires Vendor Central and/or Seller Central. • Demonstrated ability to manage item setup, availability monitoring, and online merchandising support. • Experience with bolthires Support Agreement (CSA) setup and reconciliation. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets. • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications • Experience with ERP systems • Familiarity with bolthires retail tools and analytics platforms. • Knowledge of Almo’s product categories (consumer electronics, appliances, etc.) is a plus.
