Account Manager (FL)

Position Summary:
Ideally, this role is based out of Orlando, Tampa, or Jacksonville, FL area. The Account Manager partners with accounts and internal stakeholders to develop and manage account relationships to drive sales and facilitate a superior customer service experience. Supports assigned accounts with POS monitoring, replenishment, forecasting and sales analysis. Additionally, this position is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets for assigned Outerwear accounts.

Specific Responsibilities:
Account ManagementManage and develop strategic relationships with existing accounts through regular conference calls and meetings to review forecasts, shipments, sales, in-stocks, and open issues.Ensure assigned brands and product lines are sold and territory and profit goals are met.Resolve account issues by providing appropriate options and solutions, including upsells and substitutions. Facilitate communication between accounts and all supporting internal departments.Travel to attend account meetings and trade shows, as directed.40%Sales / Demand ForecastingMonitor and analyze POS. Provide Finalized Forecast to appropriate personnel.Develop and manage SKU level forecasts to ensure excellent service and appropriate inventory levels.Monitor forecasts to identify outliers and high-risk inventory challenges.Identify actions to minimize or eliminate the impact of shortages and develop recommendations to improve fill rates. 10%Order ManagementOversee order processing for assigned customer accounts.In coordination with the Customer Service, manage order flow, ship dates and inventory issues to ensure timely processing. Analyze inventory allocation and fulfillment strategy; determine priority in inventory. Communicate with internal departments on account issues ensuring the very best service and communication to accounts and resolution to processing and service issues.30%Sales Analysis and ReportingCollect sales data and analyze key performance indicators to make proactive recommendations.Create and distribute reports to provide insights and track performance.Provide ad hoc analysis and support to customer accounts and internal account managers and sales leadership. 20%

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field or a combination of education and work experience deemed equivalent to a bachelor’s degree. Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, and PowerPoint (Power BI preferred). Strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills; ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholdersAbility to travel, approximately 10% of the time

Minimum Job Experience Required:
2+ years of related experience in sales analysis, forecasting, and/or inventory planning.Customer service experience.
