Telehealth Clinician (NP or Physician) – Chart Review Only
We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physicians (MD/DO) to support our clinical operations through remote chart review and clinical documentation review. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy focused, detail-oriented work and prefer non-patient-facing responsibilities in a flexible, fully remote environment.
This position does not involve live patient visits. Work is completed asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
Schedule & Commitment
• Flexible, remote schedule
• Part-time availability preferred
• Minimum weekly commitment determined by workload and availability
Key Responsibilities
• Review completed patient charts for clinical accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Ensure documentation supports diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical decision-making
• Identify documentation gaps and provide feedback to clinical providers as needed
• Verify appropriate prescribing, labs, and imaging orders
• Support quality assurance, compliance, and clinical consistency initiatives
• Adhere to organizational policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD/DO) license
• Multi-state licensure preferred
• Board certification in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty
• Strong knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows and documentation standards
• High attention to detail and strong clinical judgment
• Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
• Reliable internet connection and secure, private workspace
