Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Engaging with customers to provide step-by-step solutions.
• Supporting popular Apple products like iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

• Participating in five weeks of full-time paid training.
About You:
Candidates should have:
• Enrollment in a U.S. university through December 2027 or later.
• A quiet home workspace with specific internet requirements.
• Availability for training and flexible work hours.
• A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• A GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• Preferred majors in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Passion for customer service and technical troubleshooting.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base pay ranges from $27.75 to $33.10/hr, with most new hires starting at $27.75.
