Account Manager, Bilingual English/Spanish (Remote)

adops.com is looking to hire an Account Manager who will be responsible for assisting the Account Management and Sales teams with signing and onboarding new clients, managing and expanding existing client relationships, and assisting with new business development.

The Account Manager will take an active role working with sales and management in signing new business, working with our accounts and internal cross-functional teams to ensure all accounts are onboarded and managed accordingly, and will identify opportunities to offer additional services to our existing client base.

The Account Manager must be an expert in understanding both adops.com’s and our client’s business goals and objectives, be able to identify products and services that adops.com can offer to support those goals and objectives, and ensure that client expectations are aligned with adops.com's deliverables. Additionally, this position will work closely with Google, and adops.com's other reselling partners, to cultivate and manage successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:
• Work with sales and management throughout the sales process to bring on new clients.
• Develop and support ongoing relationships with our accounts.
• Support, develop, and improve internal adops.com account management functions and processes.
• Support Account Management function and lead cross-functional team members in evaluating and anticipating client needs, responding to client requests, training on new and existing products and services, and overall maintenance of client relationships.
• Identify and grow strategic accounts.
• Collaborate on effective ways to present and offer adops.com’s growing list of products and services.
• Coordinate business development efforts to expand current service offerings as well as new service offerings to clients.
• Provide account leadership including coordination of internal analytic, strategic, and technical resources to deliver on client needs and expectations.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience working with client services and/or ad operations teams
• Spanish fluency or strong proficiency in business writing and speaking required
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Excellent technical understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including online ad serving, programmatic, video, rich media, etc.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and able to present to a wide variety of audiences
• Superior team, interpersonal, and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Highly self-motivated and resourceful
