Developing and enhancing environmental sustainability procedures and recycling programs
Connecting environmental sustainability to business value and supporting the development of organizational sustainability performance goals, key performance indicators, and targets
Researching, analyzing, and gathering data from various sources to inform sustainability initiatives
Managing and analyzing key performance indicators related to sustainability matters, including recycling, climate change, energy, packaging, and sustainable procurement
Creating and maintaining internal project plans and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and quality
Proactively identifying opportunities to create value and mitigate risk through sustainability and recycling initiatives
Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with the ability to fulfill changing needs that require prompt attention
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Proficient in MS-Office suite, with strong PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI (preferred but not required)
