About the roleWe’re hiring a Talent Account Executive (Mid-Market) to drive expansion revenue across Rippling’s rapidly growing Talent product suite.This is a high-impact, overlay sales role where you’ll partner closely with Account Managers to identify and close cross-sell opportunities within an existing customer base. You’ll own the full sales cycle for Talent products—combining high-velocity execution with strategic, multi-threaded selling.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and has experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People leaders, especially across products like ATS, performance management, or employee engagement platforms.What you'll doPartner with Account Managers to identify, prioritize, and close expansion opportunities within existing accountsOwn the end-to-end sales cycle for Talent products, from discovery through closeLead consultative discovery conversations and tailored product demos aligned to customer needsManage pipeline and forecast with accuracy in SalesforceNavigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building alignment across HR, Talent, and executive buyersPosition Rippling effectively against other solutions in the Talent and HR tech landscapeCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Marketing to deliver strong customer outcomesApply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) to drive consistent executionConsistently meet or exceed quotaWhat you’ll need4+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaSProven track record of top performance (top 10% or consistent overachievement)Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teamsFamiliarity with Talent or HR tech solutions (e.g., recruiting, performance, engagement, or learning platforms)Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while executing thoughtful, strategic dealsExperience working within an existing customer base or expansion-focused role is a strong plusStrong sales fundamentals, including discovery, multi-threading, and value-based sellingExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAdditional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer. The On-Target Earnings* for US-based employees will be 50/50 commission split for base/variable pay, and aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.*Commission is not guaranteedThe pay range for this role is:200,000 - 200,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
