Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the Auto Finance division.
Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively presenting and selling Ally Financial's financial products and services to potential customers.
Educate customers on the benefits of financing through Ally Financial and guide them through the application process.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure efficient and smooth operations for clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to better serve customers and improve sales strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for promoting the Auto Finance division.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Report regularly to management on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Adhere to all ethical standards and guidelines set forth by Ally Financial.
Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
