DIBS Beauty - Account Coordinator (New Jersey) DIBS is seeking an Account Coordinator based in New Jersey. Residency in the state is required. This role reports to a Senior Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young beauty brand that is rapidly expanding across Ulta Beauty doors nationwide. Each Account Coordinator will partner with their leader to drive sales revenue across doors in the respective territories. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Coordinate and Recruit Talent: Assist the regional Senior Account Executive in coordinating schedules and recruiting freelance and contract talent to join the DIBS BFF program. • Sales Performance Management: This role will own and manage the performance of the territory and monitor sales performance for individual talent and doors, including regular reviews with the sales team and other stakeholders. • Strategic Thinking: This role will require strategic allocation and planning of resources to optimize the region, allowing it to continue to grow and exceed forecasts. • In-Store Management: Conduct in-store visits, plan and execute in-store events, and oversee set-up of launches, manage all out-of-stock and merchandising needs, build and maintain relationships with store management and guests and ensure outstanding performance for the covered region. • Timelines: Maintain and update project timelines to ensure that they align with cross-departmental expectations. • Training: Execute regular training and education initiatives to ensure store and DIBS BFF teams are fully briefed on best practices, new products, brand campaigns, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience: 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably color cosmetics, and high level of familiarity with an Ulta or Sephora environment (including with retailer portals and scheduling systems). • Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are a must, including the ability to effectively communicate and motivate team members as well as retail partners and guests. • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills, including with respect to onboarding and training talent, recapping and summarizing events and performance, expense management and planning for brand and store promotions and events. • Start-up Mentality: Self-starter with willingness to lean into difficult or unfamiliar tasks, as well as ability to travel and perform errands (e.g., mailings and gifting) on short notice. This job is a full-time role that requires up to 80% travel, a high level of flexibility to work in-store during peak hours and the ability to set-up and stand in the retail environment. Transportation policies will be covered during the interview, and the region is subject to change at any time depending on the needs of the business. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Lifting: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. • Reaching: Extending hands and arms in any direction. • Standing: Ability to stand and move around a store setting for up to 8 hours.
