The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with existing customers while also focusing on acquiring new business, primarily through telephone and video communication.ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementThe role of the Account Manager is to retain and grow the profitable customer base and to maintain loyalty through pro-active account management. There will also be a requirement to sell new products and solutions to this customer base. This is the key part of the role and makes up 85% of the daily activitiesNew BusinessObtaining new business with the overall objective to grow revenue. The role will focus on identifying, qualifying, driving, and ultimately closing opportunities over the telephone. This is the secondary part of the role and makes up 15% of the daily activitiesRelationshipsDeveloping high value relationships falls across all activities.
