**Experienced Clinical Administrator – Telehealth and Care Coordination**

As a Clinical Administrator, you'll play a critical role in the execution of healthcare management services for our assigned service area. You'll be responsible for carrying out clinical strategies and techniques in accordance with relevant regulatory and licensure standards, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. **Key Responsibilities** * Carry out clinical strategies and techniques as per material administrative and licensure norms (e.g., NCQA, URAC, state and government guidelines and commands as appropriate) * Act as a subject matter expert and coach to the team regarding practice guidelines, quality of interventions, issue resolution, and decision-making * Ensure execution and monitoring of best practice approaches and developments to better address the part's needs across the continuum of care * May serve as a liaison with other key business areas * May create/aid development and/audit new training content * May collaborate/communicate internal and interdepartmental instructional courses * Safeguard the privacy of patient data and adhere to organization policies regarding confidentiality * Oversee resources responsible for identification of individuals, development and execution of care plans, enhancement of clinical appropriateness and quality of care, and monitoring, assessing, and recording of care * Assess and interpret information, identify areas of improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes * Create, implement, assess, monitor, and communicate performance expectations * Ensure the team's understanding and utilization of data system capability and functionality * Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff involving clearly defined requirements regarding education, experience, technical, and performance abilities * Evaluate developmental needs and work with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams * Establish a climate and work style that promotes the concept of collaboration, cross-functional integration, and continuum of care feeling that results in strong performance * Consistently demonstrate the ability to act as a model change agent and lead change efforts * Establish a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions, soliciting feedback, and offering individual support when needed * Responsible for maintaining consistency with policies and procedures and executing them at the employee level * Discuss directly with Suppliers, Individuals, Staff, and other Leaders (e.g., may offer support to the sales staff and organization staff through on-site client visits as well as presentations) **Required Capabilities** * 3+ years in clinical subject matter * Should have active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in the state of California **Preferred Capabilities** * Managed government healthcare insight * Certainty working at home/free mastermind, utilizing tools to practically collaborate and connect with teams * Training and Certification Requirements * Graduate degree in social health field; or Enrolled Nurse (BSN preferred) **Pay Range** The ordinary compensation range for this role is: This pay range addresses the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant variables.
