We need an English-fluent Visual Development Artist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities: • Support the look and feel of the project by creating simple concept art, color keys, and visual references. • Assist in developing characters, props, and environments based on direction from senior artists. • Maintain consistency in style and visual tone across all design assets. • Provide reference materials to guide animators and clean-up artists. • Make small edits or adjustments to designs during production. Requirements: • Foundational drawing and design skills with a portfolio demonstrating style exploration and creativity. • Ability to follow art direction and match an existing visual style. • Experience creating digital illustrations (any major software is fine: Photoshop, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, others..). • Strong sense of color, shape, and visual storytelling. • Comfortable with iterative feedback and quick turnarounds. Compensation: • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. • This contract has a duration of six months. • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform. • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
