Job Description Compensation Overview: Pay Scale $36.09 without Shift Premium. Shift Premium of $.75/hr on 2nd shift & $1.00/hr on 3rd shift. Hourly Bonus Program Responsibilities: · Perform maintenance and repairs on all electrical systems including motors, generators, switches, lights, etc. · Assist other departments by providing technical assistance to solve complex problems. · Work closely with others to complete daily tasks. · Ensure safe working conditions by complying with safety regulations and wearing proper protective gear. · Maintain accurate records of work performed. · Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues promptly. · Monitor and adjust voltage levels as needed. · Use hand tools and power tools safely. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred. · Minimum of 1 year experience in industrial electrician trade. · Ability to read blueprints and schematics. · Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems. · Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Good written and verbal communication skills. · Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the plant. · Able to work overtime when necessary.
