You’ll work closely with directors and the creative team to create immersive 3D environments and scenes that align with scripts and brand vision. If you’re passionate about animation, detail-oriented, and eager to push creative boundaries, this is your chance to shape the future of our content. Responsibilities • Create detailed 3D animations of environments and scenes based on research, scripts, and creative direction. • Develop accurate and engaging depictions of indoor and outdoor settings that support storytelling goals. • Collaborate with the Director and team members to refine animations, incorporate feedback, and ensure quality output. • Produce polished final renders ready for integration into videos within project deadlines. • Provide constructive feedback to peers to elevate the overall animation quality across projects. • Innovate and contribute fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling and animation standards. • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the company’s evolving needs and creative vision. Qualifications • Several years of experience with professional 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar). • Strong skills in designing realistic and detailed environments. • Expertise in lighting setups and cinematic camera techniques to enhance mood and narrative. • Skilled in modelling, texturing, and creating assets with clean topology and high-quality detail. • Ability to produce high-end, polished renders suitable for professional video content. • Creative problem solver who works well independently and collaboratively. • Reliable and efficient, capable of managing deadlines while maintaining strong communication. • Bonus: Experience with character animation is a plus.
