Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Pay: $23/hour
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
? Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
? Repair aesthetic damages after tenant move-outs.
? Conduct regular inspections to identify EPA and safety concerns.
? Coordinate with third-party technicians for specialized repairs when needed.
? Clean and maintain communal areas.
? Perform various ad hoc duties such as painting, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
? Address tenant maintenance inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
? Inspect buildings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
? Maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies.
? Schedule and oversee necessary repairs and maintenance work.
Position Requirements:
? Must have reliable transportation.
? Must be committed to consistently delivering high-quality work, demonstrating reliability, and maintaining a strong work ethic to meet both individual and team goals.
