Benbase is reimagining benefits consulting for the modern era. We're hiring a Senior Account Manager to own strategic client relationships and lead the delivery of exceptional benefits consulting.
Requirements
• 7+ years benefits consulting experience
• 5+ years independently managing accounts
• Active life & health insurance license
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of benefit products, funding structures, and compliance
• Proficient with benefits platforms and AI/automation tools
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Strategic consulting and problem-solving
• Exceptional communication (executive presentations, public speaking)
• Executive relationship building with track record of retention
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy
• Self-motivated with strong independent judgment
• Mentorship and informal leadership
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for innovation
• Spanish fluency is a big plus
