(We closed our Series C round in April 2025, so we're well-funded for the foreseeable future.) We're small but moving fast — our team grew from 89 to over 151 last year, and we expect to grow again in 2025.The JobTo successfully help Americans in crisis, we need to understand two audiences: 1) our clients trying to navigate a complex and scary system, and 2) our lawyers and internal teams working to provide best-in-class service. We've so far built experiences that clients love, but we need to scale these experiences to serve millions of people.As our Lead User Researcher, you'll build a function at Atticus to deepen our understanding across all user journeys. You'll establish and champion our research practice, using sophisticated mixed-methods expertise to directly influence product decisions and business outcomes. Working independently and with minimal supervision, you'll create the systems and processes that help us systematically understand user needs and validate solutions at scale.Your leadership will transform how the entire organization connects with our users, ensuring that as we grow, we maintain the human touch that makes Atticus special.
