At 1840 & Company, we rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued customers when they have questions or concerns Position: Quality Assurance Manager (BPO) Location: Philippines, Remote role Salary: PHP 55,000 Base Salary + PHP 18,333 Bonus = PHP 73,333 Monthly Compensation Work shift: 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time Type: Fulltime - Freelance (Independent Contractor) Desired Candidate Profile • More than 5 years of experience as an overall Quality Assurance Manager in a BPO / Call Center. • Should have worked on the different Quality Tools, Reports, and charts. • Comfortable in Auditing and solving client Escalations. • Experience in client-facing. • Six Sigma certification is an advantage. • Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Excellent with Excel & Advance Excel • Must have managed transaction quality profiles for a Call process for domestic/ international BPO Responsibilities • Manages day-to-day operations to ensure audit delivery business operations are done per client requirement • Ensure quality framework is in place and coordinated across stakeholders. • Implement a clear overall quality strategy with scalable processes/tools/ systems that allow resource-efficient monitoring of decision accuracy and align to Project’s contract agreement. • Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develops improvement plans, and collaborates with the operations team to improve quality performance. • Establish quality governance processes with clients and operations to ensure effective communication and organization. • Works with clients on change management processes, tools enhancements, and workflow amendments • Proactively identifies opportunities and coordinates with different functions – operations, training, workforce, and reporting toward quality improvement. • Drive investigation of highly sensitive issues affecting clients, working with different teams to understand why and what happened. • Bring innovative ideas and help clients create work process standardizations Why work for us Our values We act with integrity We are curious about the world We are stronger together We seek to empower We find strength in diversity International: not only do we have a very multinational workforce, but we are all dealing with our global workforce worldwide on a daily basis.
