Auto Body Paint Technician Trainee Training: Fully Paid (Includes Travel, Food, and Transportation) This position is 100% commission based. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance. First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000 Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+ The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
