$16/Hr *REMOTE* Call Center Rep. (Florida Residents Only)

Our Fortune 500 Healthcare Client in search of compassionate and seasoned Medical Customer Service Reps. to accompany their team! This is the one for you!!! APPLY TODAY!!! Position:Remote Medical Customer Service Rep. • Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits • Paid Training!!! • Equipment Provided • Start Date: November • Benefits DAY 1 Schedule: 8am-8pm EST. Monday through Friday (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours) Responsibilities • Handle high volume inbound calls. • Outbound calls if depending on department needs. • Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider • Assist callers with information and status of their application • Follow a call script • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller • Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs • Follow company policies and procedures Job Requirements: Must have: Must have 1 year or more of recent customer service experience in a call center environment.
