Job Summary We are seeking an experiencedSenior Customer Success Manager to, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with the arenaflex platform and driving growth of assigned client relationships.As a trusted advisor and thought leader, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our clients, positioning arenaflex as a critical business partner. This is a remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and collaborate with our global team. Key Responsibilities As aSenior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Operating and managing client relationships, with a primary focus on Vendor Managers and secondary relationships with Director-level client contacts.Demonstrating the value of the arenaflex platform in delivering high-value business results through superior virtual solutions. Ensuring compliance with client performance expectations and contractual agreements. Developing and maintaining detailed Monthly Action Plans to drive client success and growth. Performing daily reviews of client scorecard performance and taking action to ensure delivery against client contracts. Building and maintaining constructive vendor relationships, facilitating resolution of exceptions, and managing vendor performance.Authoring vendor statements of work, including service level exhibits, and undertaking financial and qualitative analysis to drive quality and timeliness of delivery. Mentoring and supervising Customer Success Managers and contributing to special projects as assigned by senior leadership. Interdependencies In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including: Vendors: Ensuring that vendor resources meet qualifications and performance expectations required to deliver contractual results for clients.Learning: Ensuring that learning initiatives deliver the correct business outcomes. Business Analytics: Collaborating to evaluate results and prepare for client meetings. Business Development: Assisting in identifying new business opportunities and crafting new programs and value propositions. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Prior BPO experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.Sales or Account Management experience, with operational experience preferred. Strong negotiating skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills, with experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Deep proficiency with reporting, data, and trend analysis, with expertise in MS Office (particularly Excel).
