POSITION: IT Support Associate (dedicated chat support)

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full Time

LOCATION: Remote

SCHEDULE: Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm CST

ASSIGNMENT: 09/22/2025 to 08/29/2026 (temp to hire)

PAY RANGE: $21.00 hourly paid weekly.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an IT Support Associate with strong customer service skills and entry-level technical expertise to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide basic IT systems support to end users through chat, email, and phone, helping resolve computer system issues, documenting requests, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve a high volume of IT-related issues or questions from internal and external customers.
• Provide updates and follow-up communications with users until issues are resolved.
• Escalate technical problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the tracking system.
• Assist in real-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate support.
• Provide occasional after-hours support via on-call rotation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Education & Experience:
• Associate degree in a computer technology field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of computer systems–related experience (or equivalent).
• * 2 years proprietary software support.
• 1 year Windows operating system troubleshooting.
• Experience with JURIS or claims management applications preferred.

Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in basic troubleshooting and system navigation.

Professional Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• * May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
