100% Remote Family Law Paralegal

Family Law Paralegal (100% Remote – New Jersey) Base pay range: $90,000.00 per year – $100,000.00 per year. Key Responsibilities • Draft family law pleadings, motions, certifications, CIS, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements. • Manage case files from intake through resolution. • Prepare, organize, and file court documents electronically (eCourts/NJ). • Assist in trial preparation, mediation prep, and hearing preparation. • Coordinate attorney and client calendars, court deadlines, and case schedules. • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. • Conduct legal research as needed. • Support attorneys in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and other family law matters. Qualifications • 5+ years of direct experience in New Jersey family law. • Strong understanding of NJ court procedures and e‑filing. • Excellent drafting and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and client communication skills. • Experience with family law case management software (Clio, MyCase, Smokeball, etc.) preferred. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000. The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
