Associate Drug Diversion Analyst

They are seeking an Associate Drug Diversion Analyst to contribute to monitoring and enhancing customers' drug diversion programs, utilizing the Access Intelligence solution to execute audits, monitor discrepancies, and educate customers on best practices.ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully complete the two-week Drug Diversion Analyst Associate training program, including all LMS modules and knowledge testsReview customer alerts to identify suspicious activity with a sustained high degree of accuracy and volume productivityDocument initial drafts of investigations for potential incidents found during investigation of alertsMonitor Access Intelligence application of the customer is current and able to meet contractual DDM obligationsContribute on multiple customer accounts, and in partnership with multiple internal team members, as well as customer contributors when necessaryContribute to the creation & maintenance of project and process related 'best practice' methodologies, training and documentationAssist with maintaining a repository of related documentation pertaining to the customer’s Imprivata enterpriseAssist in responses to certain support requests and troubleshooting efforts as requiredOther duties as assigned and requiredSkillsEnrollment in or completion of Associates or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Criminal Justice, or related disciplineExcellent verbal and written skills, with dedicated attention to detailAbility to prioritize, organize and autonomously problem solve while working to meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and positive customer service attitudePharmacy Tech, Nursing Assistant or diversion control experienceFamiliarity with medical terminology and clinical workflowKnowledge of CSA and ASHP GuidelinesExperience with data analytics and Microsoft OfficePrior experience with serving healthcare customers and Imprivata solutions or relevant healthcare information technologyCompany OverviewThe digital identity company for life- and mission-critical industries, simplifying secure access across hyper-complex ecosystems It was founded in 2002, and is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
