We have a remote Zscaler Administrator position available. If you join our team in this role, you will support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Zscaler solutions, specifically Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) in a complex enterprise environment that supports our government client. Primary Roles and Responsibilities:Zscaler environments and integrating them with authentication systems such as SAML.Deploy and configure Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to meet organizational requirements.Integrate Zscaler with identity providers using SAML to support secure and seamless user authentication.Optimize Zscaler policy configurations to ensure peak performance, scalability, and security.Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Zscaler-related issues.Maintain and monitor Zscaler services to ensure operational reliability and compliance with company standards.Document configurations, changes, and procedures related to the Zscaler environment.Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).Proficiency in SAML authentication integration within the Zscaler platform.Strong understanding of Zscaler policy management and traffic routing.Experience maintaining and supporting Zscaler deployments in a production environment.Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:Zscaler certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA)).Experience in optimizing and scaling Zscaler services for enterprise environments.Familiarity with Zscaler logging, reporting, and troubleshooting tools.Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.ApplyLogic offers competitive salaries with a robust Fortune-500 type benefits package.
