Zoho One Automation - AI Systems Specialist
Job Description: • This is a remote position. • We’re seeking a highly experienced Zoho automation specialist to help us streamline and scale our real estate sales and client engagement system. • This is a technical/strategic role requiring deep expertise across Zoho One apps, especially CRM, Creator, SalesIQ/Zobot, and integrations with Twilio, OpenAI, and external APIs. • You will work closely with the founder and team to build automations, simplify workflows, and enable smart client and agent experiences through integrated tech. Requirements: • Build and optimize custom modules in Zoho CRM, including inventory, reservations, and deals • Design automated workflows using Deluge, Zoho Flow, and Zoho’s native automation tools • Create dynamic forms and public portals via Zoho Creator or integrated tools • Automate reservation form and contracts, using tools including Zoho Sign • Help design and deploy AI-driven experiences using Zobot, SalesIQ, and OpenAI • Sync inventory and lead data across internal and external tools (CRM, Sheets, WorkDrive, etc.) • Set up messaging automations via WhatsApp and email • Customize dashboards and access control for internal users and external partners • Optimize CRM call system Benefits: • Remote work, flexible hours • Responsive collaboration • Project-based with long-term potential Apply tot his job
