About the Role • You’ll dive deep into our Zoho ecosystem—reviewing workflows, integrations, and architecture. • Your insights will help us simplify, scale, and sharpen how we use Zoho across the business. Your Key Responsibilities: • Audit Zoho apps: People, Recruit, CRM, Desk, Analytics. • Review workflows, automations, integrations. • Spot inefficiencies, redundancies, risks. • Deliver practical, clear recommendations. • Collaborate with Projects & QA to implement improvements. • Support future-proofing with best-practice guidance. Requirements About YOU • You’re structured, independent, and known for making sense of complex systems. • You don’t just audit—you advise. • You’ve done this before and thrive on making tech work better for people. About YOUR Work History • Deep, hands-on experience with the Zoho suite. • Proven track record of auditing in BPO, HR, or ops environments. • Strong documentation and communication skills. • Used to contractor life: high trust, high impact, low supervision.
