Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement eye-catching YouTube... thumbnails that reflect the thematic content of each video and attract clicks.
Work collaboratively with video editors and content creators to ensure a cohesive visual style that aligns with client branding.
Manage a high volume of thumbnail creation for a diverse clientele, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
Requirements:
Proven track record of creating engaging YouTube thumbnails, as evidenced by a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and software, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of what drives engagement on YouTube.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Competitive pay structure: $3 per short-form thumbnail and $10 per long-form YouTube thumbnail.
