This position is remote, with the possibility to attend meetings in Austin, TX. Project Transformation Consultant - Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Project Transformation Consultant to support a workflow optimization project across a large Marketing team. The role involves leading change management initiatives, optimizing processes, and delivering training programs to ensure the successful execution and adoption of projects. Project Transformation Consultant - Responsibilities: • Lead process analysis and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Project MIE. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to support Project MIE initiatives. • Strategically lead change management efforts, guiding stakeholders through transitions. • Design and execute effective communication strategies for stakeholder engagement. • Support the implementation of technical best practices, focusing on Workfront and SharePoint. • Manage and facilitate pilot programs, gathering user feedback for improvement. • Identify and cultivate "anchor spots" and project champions to drive adoption. • Collaborate closely with the project team to continuously improve project support and outcomes.
