About the job
The Strategy Manager is Strategy/Manager hybrid role. They are responsible for ideating and preparing a pipeline of videos to produce, research content trends and opportunities, conduct A/B testing and analysis of results and iterate new videos according to results. The goal is consistent viewership growth. The Strategy Manager is also operationally responsible for making sure that... the editing team does their job on time and overseeing the content pipeline. The Strategy Manager has a production assistant to aid him/her in his/her job.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of what makes a good YouTube video in the educational e-commerce/dropshipping space, they should be skilled at identifying early content trends and opportunities. They should have be operationally skilled so as to manage the content production pipeline effectively.
Job requirements
Experience with other YouTube channels of a similar or larger dimension in any role, operational skills, deep understanding of YouTube content trends.

Minimum years of experience in related fields: 1 Years

Pay: From $2,600.00 per month
