YouTube Operations & Content Producer
Join Margins & Moats, a long-form YouTube channel focused on breaking down how real businesses and niche industries make money, as a part-time YouTube Operations & Content Producer. You will own the weekly video production workflow in Notion — coordinating with writers, editors, and designers, tracking deadlines, and ensuring videos are delivered on schedule. You’ll also upload and schedule videos in YouTube Studio, add titles/descriptions/chapters, and update basic performance metrics. This role is process-driven, not creative. Ideal candidates are highly organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple contributors without hand-holding.
