Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Develop the direction, vision, and strategy for the personal brand
Recruit and manage a team of creatives including videographers, editors, designers, and copywriters
Report to the CEOs on data and ideas
Generate content ideas and oversee content creation
Conduct regular meetings to discuss the brand and its progress
Establish a multi-platform system for content distribution
Ensure all content aligns with the CEO's values, principles, and vision
Obtain approval from the Creative Director before releasing any content
Adhere to a strict content schedule, planning 30 days ahead
Grow the brand to 3M+ followers across all platforms
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role
Proficiency in social media platforms and best practices (YouTube, Instagram, Podcast, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc)
Ability to understand and communicate effectively with various creatives on the team
Innovative thinker and self-starter with a passion for content creation
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work full-time, including Saturdays
Proficient in using Slack and Zoom for communication
Ability to prioritize urgency and speed in communication
Detail-oriented and thorough in communication
Experience in the YouTube influencer industry or a similar field is preferred
