Lead Generation Specialist
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to energize our sales pipeline and drive business growth. Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing leads
• Engage with potential clients through warm calling, building rapport and understanding their needs
• Qualify prospects by assessing their requirements and determining their fit for our solutions
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and manage follow-up activities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize lead conversion
• Negotiate initial terms with prospects, demonstrating value propositions clearly and confidently
• Maintain a high level of customer service by providing timely information and addressing inquiries professionally
Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or software solutions
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and customer data
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Knowledge of sales techniques including outbound calling, warm calling, and business development strategies
• Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and enthusiasm
• Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building
