**Job Description**
Fusion Academy seeks a part-time Yoga Teacher (2 days/week) to deliver one-to-one yoga instruction for grades 6-12. You’ll create a student-centered, supportive environment that nurtures compassion, emotional security, critical thinking, and holistic growth. Key duties include maintaining accurate records, communicating with parents, mentoring students, participating in campus life, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
• *Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certified Yoga Teacher with a minimum of 200-hour RYT credential
- Comfort teaching with verbal adjustments only (no hands-on assists)
- Ability to plan and differentiate instruction for individual students
- Experience or training in nutrition and meditation (preferred)
- Familiarity with learning differences (e.g., ADHD) and student mentoring
- Strong organizational, communication, and basic computer skills
- Prepared to teach high-school level material immediately
- Professionalism, self-direction, and commitment to continuous improvement
