The Counsel, Litigation, Investigations position plays a crucial role in providing legal advice to various company entities on a wide range of legal matters. This includes addressing pre-litigation business challenges, corporate and representative litigation, government inquiries, as well as cyber, privacy, and internal investigations. The successful candidate will support the team’s efforts related to general corporate litigation, complex subpoena and discovery responses, regulatory inquiries, and litigation-related special projects.
